| You must register before downloading the FREE EFP software. Please click here to register now. After you have registered, an email with the Free EFP download link will be sent to your registered email address. |
Please click on the link in the email to download the EFP software. Should you encounter any problem during the process of downloading, email us at support@embroiderytools.com. |
Due to the size of the software, it may take several minutes to download depending on your connection speed. |

We do have ONE TO ONE Training for the EFP. Please email and check with us at support@embroiderytools.com on availability. Charges are $15 for half hour and $25 for an hour. |

| 4. How do I install the EFP software? |
For those who have completed the download, locate and double click on the EFPsetup. The Setup program will install the EFP software automatically. Follow the instructions to complete the SETUP process. |

Click on Member Log in. Key in your Username and password. Click on Edit Profile. Type your new password twice and click on Save Changes. |

7. I forgot my password? |
Click on Member Log in. Key in your email address and click on Send. An email with the new password will be emailed to your email address. |

| 8. Can I change my email address? |
No, you are not able to change the email address yourself. Please email us support@embroiderytools.com to get it amended. |

| 9. What to do when each time I tried to register it rejects my registration? |
You have probably registered twice on more using the same Username or email address.The system does not accept it. |
| With the 1 st registration, the system will send you an email with the download link to download the software. You must return to your inbox and open the email from www.embroiderytools.com and you must click on the link for the downloading process. |
| Alternatively, you may use another username and email address. |
| If problems still persist, email us at support@embroiderytools.com . We will then arrange to send you a direct link for the download. |

The email address you have provided is probably incorrect or non authentic. |

Fonts purchased are automatically delivered to your email address instantly upon payment clearance verification. |

You will need to install the newly purchased fonts into the EFP software. |

This is because you have not uploaded or install your fonts yet when you 1 st downloaded the Free EFP software. |
Click on “How to install Fonts after Purchased”. The procedures are the same. |

You may email us and we will arrange to email you the link for the download. You may still use the same username and password as before. |

a) Login to www.embroiderytools.com . Click on Login. |
| b) Key in your User ID and Password. Please key in your own user ID and password |
| c) Click on Download EFP . ( Located on the top right in red) |
| Follow the instructions to complete the SETUP process. |

| 1. Error reading Setup Initialization file appears. |
| 2. Click on the link you received in you registered email address to download the file again. |
| 3. Click on the Setup.exe file ( Picture 3 Congratulations- Click here to Download ) |
| 4. Click on Save ( Picture 4 : File Download ) |
| 5. Click on Yes (" Save as" Picture 5 to replace existing EFPsetup.exe ) |

| When done, double click on EFPsetup.exe icon again and follow the setup process. |

| If you are on a dial up the incomplete download could be caused by the dial up interruption during the downloading process. If you still face consistent downloading problems due to your internet speed, perhaps you may need a hard copy cd for the installation process. We are in the midst of working out the minimal costs including shipping the CD. Please email us again if you still encounter further download problems. |
